Source of Fate Properties is a real estate developer from the United Arab Emirates and part of the Wheel of Fate Group, which operates in various industries. Founded in 2021 by award-winning architect Dr. Majid Jack Hsiung, the company focuses on design-oriented construction projects with international appeal. References include Sunshine Bay on Al Marjan Island, which sold out completely and won several awards. With a project pipeline of around AED 10 billion, Source of Fate is pursuing new developments in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
