Angelika Grube is the co-founder of Real Estate Blondies and the face of the brand. Since 2020 she has personally guided international investors through buying property in Dubai – from the first strategy session to closing.
Her focus is entirely on investors: off-plan and investment property, selecting high-yield projects, and Golden Visa and financing questions. Through exclusive developer partnerships, her clients gain access to pre-launch deals and off-market listings that are rarely available publicly.
As a Dubai real estate expert, Angelika has been featured in a VOX television documentary and listed by Nomad Capitalist as a Top Real Estate Advisor. Real Estate Blondies is fully DLD-certified, has brokered transactions worth more than €700 million, and serves a community of over 70,000 followers.
